MADAME COURS de CUISINE’S CONFECTION CLASSES

Nikki Marks, food truck owner and chef, will teach little cooks the basics of dessert -making through the creation pies, cookies, breads and candies in her beautiful, state-of-the-art kitchen in Share Kitchen, the newest food incubator in Baltimore. Chef Marks is recognized regionally by Maryland Family Magazine and the Baltimore Sun and named the best food truck in Howard County by Howard Magazine in 2016. Lunch and snacks are provided daily with plenty of snacks for home; as a special treat, kids will get lunch from one of the food trucks that come to the building every Friday. Aprons provided and taken home with kids on Friday. Drop off and pick up at Garrison Forest and transportation provided to and from Share Kitchen.

MADAME COURS de CUISINE’S CHOPPING BLOCK CLASSES

Nikki Marks, food truck owner and chef, will teach students kitchen safety, etiquette and the science behind cooking while making some amazing dishes. Students will work out of Share Kitchen, the newest food incubator in Baltimore. Each day, working in teams and in friendly competition, students will focus on a different aspect of the meal including appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes and desserts. Lunches are provided and as a special treat, students will get lunch from one of the food trucks that will come to the building on Fridays. On Friday at 5 PM, parents are invited down to be served dinner made by the students. Parents can dine at the adjacent Diamondback Brewery or dine family-style at Share Kitchen. Students will eat dinner together after serving parents (their “shift meal” – restaurant lingo).

*Friday will end at 6:30 PM at Share Kitchen. Students must be picked up at Share Kitchen. GFS will not be providing transportation.
