MBS FITNESS LAB: SPORTS AGILITY & CONDITIONING CAMP
Take your sports game to the next level! We use various speed and agility drills to improve athletic performance with a focus on improving speed and endurance. We test students’ ability on day one, work to improve throughout the week and retest on the last day. Camp is led by celebrity fitness trainer Monte Sanders, trainer to Baltimore Ravens Ray Lewis and Ed Reed.
AGES: Coed, ages 12+
DATES: July 17-21
TIME: 9 AM - 11 AM
This camp is for all fitness levels. Whether you are an athlete or couch potato, our total body workout will help you get in and stay in shape.
If you are looking for guidance, accountability and motivation, we have got a spot for you. Celebrity fitness trainer Monte Sanders and his MBS Fitness Lab team will lead you through a variety of cardio and toning exercises that will transform your body. As the personal trainer
for Baltimore Ravens Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, Monte has worked with professional athletes and everyday moms and dads. Whatever your goals are, he can help you achieve the results you want!
