Application Checklist

Completed applications will include:

  • The application for admission (form provided by GFS)

    For GFS students only, please submit:

  • One science teacher recommendation and one math teacher recommendation (forms provided by GFS)
  • Your advisor recommendation with an overview of your preparedness (form provided by GFS)

    Non GFS students, please submit:

  • One science teacher recommendation and one math teacher recommendation (forms provided by GFS)

  • Your advisor recommendation with an overview of your preparedness (form provided by GFS)
  • PSAT scores, plus SAT scores if available

  • A copy of a writing assignment, such as an essay or term paper

  • WISC and TOEFL examination results for students for who speak English as a second language

  • A copy of your high school transcript, including grades from your most recently completed semester
