Dear Prospective Garrison Forest Families,

Thank you for your interest in Garrison Forest School. Since 1910, Garrison Forest has been committed to educating girls to realize their fullest potential and live lives of purpose. Our dedicated faculty balances academic excellence and challenge with care for each individual and an expectation for growing independence.    

Among our most important responsibilities is preparing our students for the 21st century and providing them with skills essential for future success. To this end, we have established innovative partnerships and programs to provide GFS students with exciting experiential learning opportunities through the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) partnership in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and the James Center: Programs and Partnerships with a Public Purpose. With WISE, students work on cutting-edge research projects with Hopkins faculty in University labs. The James Center's programs in financial literacy, service, and leadership also offer unique opportunities for hands-on, real-life learning.
