Garrison Forest’s hallmark is the strength of our community, one formed and nurtured by exceptional individuals. Since our founding in 1910, many outstanding alumnae and faculty have made significant contributions to GFS and to the broader community. We are deeply grateful that the parents and grandparents of the Class of 2000 chose to honor their daughters’ and granddaughters’ Garrison Forest experience by supporting the creation of the Hall of Excellence through their Senior Class Gift.
We invite you to nominate those members of the GFS family who you believe have brought distinction to Garrison Forest School through their personal, professional, athletic or volunteer achievements. Please click here to fill out the nomination form and let us know about classmates, teammates, teachers, coaches or others who enhanced your experience or who have brought recognition to the school through their pursuits. Posthumous nominations will be considered, and all nominations will remain on file for two years. To be considered for the Hall of Excellence, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Each nominee must be an alumna, a faculty member (current or past), a staff member (current or past) or a coach (current or past).
Each nominated graduate must have been an alumna for at least ten years.
The nominee must reflect the motto, mission and spirit of Garrison Forest.
We look forward to honoring those who exemplify the best of Garrison Forest, and we thank you in advance for sharing your stories.
