For Rising 9th Grade students
Up-to-date health forms are required of every GFS students for the 2015-16 school year.
All health forms are completed online through the secure Magnus program. To access your child's records, login to the GFS Parent Portal. Then choose the option "Ready to Login to Magnus Health?"

NOTE: If a child is not in compliance with up-to-date health records as of September 2, 2015, parents/guardians will be notified immediately and those students will not be allowed to attend classes until the records are updated.
