The 9th Grade Theatre Foundations traveled to Chesapeake Shakespeare Company to see the classic Dickens' tale of A Christmas Carol.
Garrison Forest places high value and strong emphasis on the Arts, offering substantive, varied, and sequential programs in the Visual Arts, Dance, Music and Theater. With many curricular and co-curricular choices among the Arts, all students have opportunities to discover talents and develop skills at every level.
Upper School art students visited the Renwick Gallery and American Art Museum and Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
Upper School performed this year’s fall play, Peter and the Starcatcher, from November 2-3.
Ralston was nominated for a 2017-18 Baltimore Theatre Award for her performance in the Upper School play, You Can't Take it With You.
GFS students took home several prizes at the annual Gilman Film Festival
Upper School Chamber Choir won best overall choir and Middle School Chorus received a 1st Place trophy!
