Alumnae Board
The GFS Alumnae Board is a group of dedicated volunteers whose purpose is to connect alumnae with the school, its mission, and each other.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Garrison Forest School Alumnae Board is to serve as ambassadors of the School by fostering a connection between alumnae and their School and by promoting the School to the greater community.
The dedicated members of our Alumnae Board are passionate about strengthening the bonds in the broader alumnae community, supporting and impacting the experience of current and future Garrison students, and enhancing the name of Garrison Forest School across the globe. In addition to leading the charge in those important efforts, the GFS Alumnae Board plays an important role in communicating feedback from the community and effecting change so the school can best engage and support all of our alumnae, near and far. ;

The Alumnae Board is proud to support TurnAround Inc., whose mission is to educate, advocate for, and empower all people impacted by intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. TurnAround Inc. provides wraparound services that include free trauma therapy, case management, advocacy and more.
The Alumnae Board can collect items for their general pantry and supplies for comfort kits at any alumnae event during the year. Comfort kit items needed include:
Food: pre-packaged snacks, microwavable (non-frozen) meals, protein bars, breakfast bars etc.
Personal Items: new socks, underwear, bralettes, baby diapers, baby bottles, leave-in conditioner, deodorant, etc.
