SUMMER READING AND MATH
We wish you a summer of fun, relaxation, and lots of time with family and friends! Summer is also a great time to find a new favorite book and keep your math skills sharp. Our teachers and administrators have curated the summer reading and math booklets below to ensure your daughter is well-prepared and confident for the upcoming school year. Please take some time to review the materials throughout the summer!
SUMMER MATH:
To help students maintain their mathematical thinking over the summer, every student received a Summer Math Skills Review book. The review book is designed to reinforce key concepts and skills learned this year while also incorporating interleaved practice, which helps students revisit and apply previously learned skills in new ways, strengthening retention and problem solving abilities. We encourage students to complete a few pages each week throughout the summer to keep their skills fresh and support a smooth transition into the next grade level.
