Britta Williams Brown ’04

After graduating from GFS in 2004, Britta was a student-athlete on the women's lacrosse team at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She graduated in 2008 and started working at the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust. She served as Admissions Assistant and then as Development Associate. Starting in 2011, she worked as Major Gifts Assistant and then Assistant Director of Development, Events in the Terrapin Club with University of Maryland Athletics. In 2013, Britta returned to UNC Athletics in The Rams Club as the Director of Member Engagement and then as the Regional Director of Member Engagement. In 2015, she moved to California and worked at an independent school in their development office and coached the girl’s lacrosse team. Britta moved to Detroit in 2018 and became the Assistant Athletic Director of Development at Eastern Michigan University. After EMU, she became the Senior Director of Basketball Administration for the Detroit Pistons in 2020.
