Arabella Knox Brockett ’01, Partner and CFO, The One Group of Keller Williams Legacy Central

Arabella played Varsity Polo for Garrison Forest winning the Polo Training Foundation Interscholastic Player of the Year award in 2001 as well as the Interscholastic polo championship. A proud graduate of the class of 2001 Arabella is still close to many of her former classmates. Additionally, Arabella is the mother of 7th grader Isabelle Brockett who loves being a Garrison Girl. While a student at Texas A&M, Arabella served as Vice President of Texas A&M Polo Club (2002-03) and Captain of the Women’s Polo Team (2002-04). Arabella majored in History while at A&M and fell in love with both the University and the great state of Texas. While in Texas, Arabella played polo semi-professionally playing with some of today’s best players. In 2004 Arabella married her husband Dr. Joel Brockett who played polo for the A&M men’s team. Together they moved with Isabelle back to Maryland in 2008. In 2009, Arabella earned her Maryland real estate license and begun selling real estate for Long & Foster. In 2010 Arabella was named Rookie of the year selling over $5m in her first full year as an agent. In 2014 Arabella partnered with Lisa Hapney and together they founded The One Group of Long and Foster. Arabella helped the ONE Group quickly rise to become one of the Baltimore area’s most respected teams closing over $50 million annually in transactions. With a technology shift in 2015, The ONE Group made the decision to change brokerages and move to Keller Williams where THE ONE GROUP remained until the end of 2020. Today, Arabella and her team are affiliated with Monument Sotheby’s International. Today Arabella manages a sales team of 13 agents with the primary focus of generating generational wealth through real estate.
