A 2006 graduate of GFS, Brittany enrolled in a dual degree program in Public Relations and Art History at the University of Maryland. At Maryland she continued many of her passions that began at GFS: joining art groups, training as a student tour guide, becoming head of recruitment for the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, studying abroad in Florence, Italy and leading on-campus marketing for the women's health clinic. After Maryland, Brittany began her career in entertainment working at Discovery Channel in D.C. on the Public Relations and Brand Communications teams. In 2015 she moved to L.A. to pursue an opportunity at Netflix in PR for some of their first original series: House of Cards, Stranger Things and The Crown. In her tenure there she's held several hats on the PR and Marketing teams, including a six-month job running MarComm in Tokyo, Japan. In her current role, she oversees Creative Development and Partnerships for U.S. Marketing. She is a two-time Emmy winner and recipient of the IASTE 6000 PR Campaign of the Year award.
