Kristen Hill Brown ’07

Kristen graduated with a Political Science degree from the University of Maryland. After college, Kristen found her passion for finance and operations. She began working as an Assistant Program Manager and then became Manager of Operations Support. After these experiences, Kristen joined a financial firm as Director of Operations, where she was responsible for a portfolio of investment accounts. Presently, she is a Program Manager with the U.S. Department of Defense, where she oversees geolocation software programs. Kristen is also President of her own company, Brown Network Designs (BND). BND provides commercial physical IT infrastructure solutions. She holds a PMP, several investment licenses and security clearances. Kristen is still active in the GFS community. Kristen and her husband, David Brown, were the 2023 recipients of the H. Brian Deady Volunteer Award. What she loves most is taking GFS daughters, Olivia ’32 and Maddie ’36, back and forth to school and activities.
