On Sunday, November 6, the Garrison Forest School Field Hockey team bested Archbishop Spalding 3-1 to win the 2022 Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) A Conference championship! This championship bid, which capped off an undefeated season in their conference, was GFS's fifth straight trip to the finals, including another championship win in 2019. Congratulations to our Grizzlies!

Later in the week, the team was celebrated with an all-school parade! As part of a newer GFS tradition, teams who win the championship are invited to ring the chapel bell to commemorate their win. See pics below!
