A cross-divisional group of student percussionists, led by GFS music teachers Matt Keown and Allie Charney, recently performed at the Grand Lodge in Hunt Valley to support fundraising efforts for The Family Tree of Maryland. This event, called the Great Chef's Dinner (where a talented chef comes to make a fabulous meal for 400 guests!) is in its 31st year, and GFS was so pleased to be a part of it. Shout out to former GFS parent Carol Obrecht: thanks for thinking of us! Way to keep the beat, Grizzlies!
