Story and photos provided by GFS 7th Grade

On February 7, 4 and 5-year-olds from Brehms Lane, a public charter school in Baltimore, came to Garrison Forest School to spend a day with 7th Grade. The 7th Grade set up a carnival full of different activities. Some of the activities were Valentines Day crafts, building blocks, a reading corner and an obstacle course. The bond between the 7th Graders and the 4 and 5-year-olds is very special. The kids were having a blast with the 7th Graders and were very playful. Anyone could see that the 7th Grade and just as much fun at the carnival as the 4 and 5-year-olds. The 7th Graders want to keep this relationship with Brehms Lane and can't wait to foster this special bond for many years to come!
